Privacy Policy

Last updated July 2026

LunaOne is a US-hosted, privacy-first platform. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to lunaone.ai and the products launched from it.

Information we collect

  • Account & organization — name, email, and workspace details, via our identity provider (Clerk).
  • Billing — subscriptions and payments are processed by Stripe; we store a customer reference and plan/entitlement state, never full card numbers.
  • Product usage — the content you create in a product and operational logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

  • To provide, secure, and improve the platform and the products you subscribe to.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription and entitlements.
  • To communicate about your account, security, and service changes.

Data hosting & sub-processors

Your data is hosted in the United States. We use a small set of sub-processors to operate the service — including Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and our GPU compute providers for AI generation. Each processes data only to deliver their part of the service.

Retention & your rights

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may access, correct, export, or delete your data — contact us at our contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, isolate each tenant’s data at the database layer, and follow least-privilege access. See our Security page for details.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
