These terms govern your access to and use of LunaOne and the products launched from it. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your organization’s workspaces, and the activity of your members. Keep your credentials secure and your billing details current.

Subscriptions & billing

• Paid products are billed on a recurring subscription through Stripe until cancelled. Each workspace’s plan is billed under your organization’s account.
• You can change or cancel a plan from the in-product billing portal. Changes take effect per the plan terms shown at checkout.
• Fees are stated exclusive of taxes; applicable taxes are added at checkout where required.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate the law, infringe others’ rights, generate prohibited content, attempt to breach security or tenancy isolation, or disrupt the service. We may suspend access for violations.

Your content & intellectual property

You retain rights to the content you provide and generate. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you. LunaOne and its software remain our property.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months. AI-generated output may be inaccurate — review it before relying on it.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.
